ARTIST STATEMENT
I was born into a family of artists, and this greatly influences me, probably as much as the education of a restorer - enabling me to immerse myself deeply in technological processes. I have always been interested in factory and non-residential architecture. Since childhood, I traveled extensively by train, then studied in a historic building, and later rented workshops in factories. For me, there is nothing more joyful than wandering, exploring, and recalling the emotions I associate with a place.
Having explored various cultural contexts, I meticulously examine factory buildings, seeing in them something universal and, at the same time, unique to each country. My work is an attempt to immortalize the uniqueness and inner beauty of industrial structures that transcend time and fashion.
Utilizing different media such as graphics, hand-printing, and collage, I strive to convey the spirit of these places, emphasizing their significance and extraordinariness.
