Personal project
"Keys to doors that no longer exist"
Gallery Bogorodskoe, Moscow.1.05.22 - 30.05.22
Curator Daria Yaromenok.
The project centers on NIIDAR, a Moscow-based former long-distance radio communications research institute turned creative hub. I rented a workshop in building №3. NIIDAR was a mini-city with canteens, shops, gyms, and spaces for various artists. Sadly, last October, we learned the buildings were to be demolished for a new residential complex. "Keys to Doors That No Longer Exist" pays homage to NIIDAR's memories, acknowledging it as more than just buildings — a thriving organism and community.
The exhibition features graphic sheets of the buildings, a ceramic model, and an installation with artist-molded faience keys, based on photographs from the original owners. The ongoing demolition has displaced creative individuals, struggling to find suitable alternatives.
Curatorial project
international exhibition “Movement"
Gallery SanatKarakoy, Istanbul, Turkiye.
2024
Curator Ksenia Klimacheva
The Exhibition 'Movement' is a profound exploration of balance that each of us seeks in the race against time. We all must move, striving with all our might. Istanbul inspires this - it has its own unique colors, sounds, and scents, as well as an eternal forward motion. Reflecting aspects of our daily lives, the exhibition delves into themes of relaxation and tension, translating them into art as expressions of struggle and creative overcoming.
In this context, the exhibition not only invites reflection on our movement in the modern world but also provides an opportunity to experience the intensity of relaxation and tension through the prism of art.
Personal Exhibition
"İçimdeki Şehir / The City Within Me"
İSKİ Kuzguncuk Kültür Evi, Istanbul.
September 1 – 6, 2025
İSKİ Kuzguncuk Kültür Evi is a very atmospheric place: a former pumping station, an industrial building with brick walls, which perfectly resonates with the theme of the works. The artist spent a whole year preparing and waiting for her turn to exhibit here.
The exhibition features works created over the past two and a half years.
The exposition includes graphic and ceramic works dedicated to industrial landscapes, architecture, and the transformation of urban space. Kseniia explores the dialogue between the city and the human being, inviting the viewer to see the city as a living organism.
